I found this video hella hilarious since we ourselves have gone through this situation a bunch of times. Hate it or love it, but Tony Yayo is one of the illest hype-man in the game. Being a hype-man is an art itself, as it helps to drive the artist’s record during their performance. Just to name a few great hype-men: Spliff Starr (Busta), Memphis Bleek (Jay-Z), R.I.P. Proof (Eminem). I really hope Spooks gets a chance to see this video. Call me ASAP when you do fam. Hah!

Asher and DJ Wreckineyez recently dropped this mixtape couple days back. Finally gave it a listen, shit’s tight! Its been a hot minute since I’ve posted more pieces from the blackbook. Here’s a quick thing I did for Mr. Khawa. He seems to share the same passion for Ponyo like me, so thought I’d surprise him.

A drifting man struggles to pull objects from the roiling sea below him and scrambles to keep the objects from slipping through his fingers. A stop-motion animation using textured and tactile materials, as well as personal imagery, that represents the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. Inspired by my grandfather.

The Weekend to End Women’s Cancers is a two-day, 60-kilometre or one-day 30 kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Montreal.

Proceeds benefit the Segal Cancer Centre at the Jewish General Hospital important cancer research, services and care that will not only benefit those suffering from breast cancer, but all women’s cancers.

Check out the page right here and help out a great cause. Giving a little bit of something is always better than absolutely nothing. We wish the participants all the best with their walk.

An interesting release has dropped in Japan from German brand Romika. Not exactly known for their stylish sneakers, the brand has come out with the “Tennis Ball” pack, which is definitely something for the brave among you. As part of the pack they present the low top Pirate sneaker and the mid top Korsar. Both come in neon yellow and neon green and are now available at Flauge.

Much cleaner and fresher than the Reebok Pumps released a while back. The green ones are looking extra crispy. More flix after the jump.

These dunks have officially changed my world for the next month or so. The concept and the design behind this is so dope (heh). The material is bananas, the colors are hazy, there is a hidden pocket under the tongue for your stash and the insoles have an ill skunk print. These should be dropping something in April (possibly 420). I know I got my connect for these. Ya’ll better get yours. More pix after the jump.
