This dude motivated me to play ball all the time. Any video I watched from him, always amazed me. Once again, the PlayStation goes on a diet. Ill model and the specs behind it, but the new look is a no go. Thank you Sony for NOT using that HORRIBLE controller the first time the spaceship landed. Did you know this lion actually roars? Or that the Tweety Bird in Banksy’s exhibit, Banksy vs Bristol Museum, actually talks? Unless you have had the privilege (and patience to wait in long lines) you probably have not had the pleasure of hearing as well as seeing the show of the summer.

I’ll be posting the pictures for this exhibition soon. Hate to say it, but the grass IS greener on the other side. Where else would you be able to view Banksy’s latest work and that too for FREE. If I can’t run my summer trip to UK, I might ask my cuzin to visit on my behalf and take mad pictures and footage. Also, mad love for Sandra for sharing this with the world. For those of you unaware of this Banksy fella, put down the Soulja Boy CD and Google some real sh!t.

We were invited to Inked this past weekend. It was an event organized to display Toronto’s best tattoo and body artists. With the least amount of time we were given plus our conflicting schedules we were able to scheme out a new back drop for the show. We went with an ice age theme. Usually I’m the one with the characters, but I decided to switch roles with Wong. Hit the jump to see more detailed pictures of the mural. It’s been a while since we had any updates on Shepard Fairey (Juxtapoz cover #82). Well, the artist got a big break in his court case involving the city of Boston, but he’s not out of the woods yet.

Prosecutors said they dropped 14 vandalism charges against the Los Angeles street artist, who is best known for creating the Hope poster for then-presidential candidate Barack Obama. Court papers filed Tuesday revealed that lawyers didn’t have enough evidence to prove that it was Fairey himself who placed stickers on signposts and other public property in Roxbury, Mass.

The district attorney for Suffolk County said he still has the option of pursuing 13 other vandalism-related charges against the artist.

Fairey’s lawyer Tuesday disputed the numbers, saying 13 charges, not 14, had been dismissed and that his client was still fighting 15 more, according to a report in the Boston Globe.

“We’re happy that those cases have been dismissed, and we’re looking forward to others being dismissed as well that rely on the same set of facts that these did,” the artist’s lawyer was quoted as saying.

Fairey, 39, was originally arrested and charged with vandalism on February 6, 2009. He is also in the midst of a legal battle with the Associated Press, which claims that the artist violated copyright laws when he used one of its photographs for his Hope poster.
