Much thanks to the staff and the kids @ Y-Connect (Jane/Finch) for having us over for the graffiti workshop. Great job on the pics Flash!

We were invited to Inked this past weekend. It was an event organized to display Toronto’s best tattoo and body artists. With the least amount of time we were given plus our conflicting schedules we were able to scheme out a new back drop for the show. We went with an ice age theme. Usually I’m the one with the characters, but I decided to switch roles with Wong. Hit the jump to see more detailed pictures of the mural. Hello World! Slowly, but surely, I’m getting back into the site and finding more time to provide ya with update of everything going around us. I wanna thank everyone who came out past Saturday to Flemingdon for Stop The Violence event. The weather was definitely shady, but it cleared up pretty quick around 3pm and the place was packed. Soulimage was out thurr for the kids of course. Big ups to everyone who promoted the face painting and provided us with a spot. Those kids can get damn demanding at times, hah. All love! Soon as I get a minute, I’ll try to post a small video featuring Specks from the event. Other than that, Carabana weekend is upon us in 2 days and I am NOT ready for the work to be done. I heard if all follows through, we’ll be out painting the girls and working on the float for 6-7Am. Gotta do what I gotta do. We definitely can’t say we hate our jobs, hah.  Matic has been doing his thing and recording and just gathering material and Spooks has been MIA, but I’ma track his ass down soon nuff. Oh, btw, your boy officially gave in and entered the Battle of the BeatMakers event going down for August. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Stay tuned. And before I head out, just wanna wish Wong a BIG Happy 25th Burday! I seriously did not know you were scared of sugar b. Seen! 2 fingers!

This was a last minute gig, but as usual, the team blew it out the park. Thanks to the promoters, Eugene/Paulo for taking care of us and the lovely ladies of Elite Class. Big shouts to DJ Clipz, who flew down from UK to perform some serious cuts.

Soul Image covered 2 events on the same day at the SAME time. Sounds hectic, but both were successful and fun. I can’t believe me and Harjeezy made it over to Wong’s event after all. Meant to be!

Amature boxing night held @ Hungarian House. Me and Harjeezy had the dopest seats to the show.

The sunset was Lush’s idea. Real dope. Verny and the lovely ladies. Clothes by Verny and makeup by Trish (Holla!)

Too much going on.

The pre-party for Nudite went proper. Soul Image held it down as usual and Lush did her thing by reppin’ the team. BTW, Lush’s interview will be coming real soon, so be on the lookout for that. The good folks at Royalty Radio (DJ Andre and Drega) had called us down for a chat. The whole team was in effect. Soul Image, as well as our artists Stick Figga and Matic. The session was pretty hilarious and got even doper with the beat battle between me and King Wong + the freestyles. Gotta do this again.
