Story

I decided to create the brand Vaughn de Heart after my senior year of College.  During my senior year I made a shirt for a fraternity I was president of, this college was in Washington State.  Then a year later I was walking around a mall in Southern California wearing the shirt I had made and I ran into a guy who was wearing the same shirt.  This guy had nothing to do with the fraternity and had bought my shirt from a thrift store.  The odds for he and myself to be wearing the same shirt that I had created the one and only day we would pass by each other was too much.  After that I decided to start my brand.

What my clothing is about

Before my experience in Southern California with the guy wearing the shirt for my fraternity I was too afraid to start a brand.  All of the risks and time it would take kept my venture in submission.  Vaughn de Heart means “Lion of Heart” and it focuses on the courageousness and bravery that is required of us in life.  I personally used to be a pretty shy kid, now one of the things I am known for is my public speaking to large audiences and have won many awards for it.  I used to be the most unfashionable kid in school then I turned that around and now hundreds of people have bought clothing that I designed before and after I started my brand.  The brand is about not seeing what is, but what could be and chasing after that.  Vaughn de Heart “For those that believe that the heart should not only be inside of us, but a part of what we do.”
