Check it, I don’t mind Lindsay Lohan, in fact some would I have a little thing for her, as does a certain other contributor to this site. Something about her role in Mean Girls was really cool, and quite endearing, plus it’s a good movie. Anywhoo when I saw this “Italian ad”, starring said Lindsay Lohan, I was in utter dismay at the fact that she’s doing this shit now….

I have always been fond of beer commercials. Sometimes they suck and sometimes they are awesome, but I usually applaud the effort. This is because, well, they can’t actually show anyone using their product, so when advertising they are already a step behind most other companies. Therefore those who advertise this stuff have to find all sorts of creative ways to make people remember and grow a connection to their product. Well saying that I thinks the people over at Heineken really did a good job with this ad.

This is a PETA Superbowl ad that was allegedly banned by NBC. Apparently they have to make some cuts before it is deemed suitable for TV. I really dislike that PETA man f**king attention whore ass company. Like I love animals, like I personally don’t even kill bugs eh, and cruelty to them is something that should not be tolerated by society, we gotta keep it humane or whatever. But this organization just goes too far, almost all the time. One time we was watching a PETA documentary called I Am Animal: The Story of Ingrid Newkirk and PETA, and well that movie scarred me for life, it was too wild and I personnallyy think, and I’m sure many would agree that Ingrid Newkirk is a…as Chris Tucker elequently put it in Rush Hour 2…. crazy ass bitch!! FUCK PETA!!

It goes without saying that Obamafest 2009 is a big deal and corporations are trying everything they can to capitalize, but i think this new Pepsi campaign is a bit overkill. Thank god I’m Canadian and I might be spared from this shit. I hate the new logo, and the whole unite the world, time for change and therefore drink Pepsi bullshit vibe that I’m feeling from these ads….

Was up folks, check it I love Nike. I could get into the reasons why and all that stuff, but yo, it really comes down to marketing and these guys are f**king marketing geniuses in my opinion, they have made some of the most memorable commercials I’ve ever seen and well add this gem to the list. First some context, a few weeks ago Nike released this promo video with Kobe, DJ AM and Mike Epps, it was pretty cool, nice fun commercial for whatever shoe (Kobe IV), cool.

But then yesterday I stumbled upon this beauty of a commercial featuring the man Kobe and well… I dare you to watch this without at least smiling. One of the best ads I’ve seen in a while.
