Big Sean x KanYe West – Whatever You Want Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. Click to enlarge. Here is a HQ picture of Ye’s latest single off Good Ass Job. Artwork (although not confirmed, but most likely) is by George Condo. Be sure to check out some of other works by George here. My favorite piece by Condo is Tumbling Heads. Ye’s single Power is now available for download on iTunes. Support great music!

1. KanYe West’s 5th studio album, Good Ass Job – Hate him all you want, but we all know who’s making the greatest and most timeless music in the industry. The man is truly ahead of his time, has set countless trends and continues to strive for perfection with every project. Ye’s been hella quiet, but the music has been talking. Fellow producers like Pharrell and Preemo have been talking about the Ye album and everything is looking quite right for Mr. West. Good Ass Job is possibly the highest anticipated album of 2010. Sorry, Drizzy! 2. Miranda Kerr – Orlando Bloom’s ex has been on fire and literally getting the men fired from work (read the latest GQ article). Peep the pictures in the post below. 3. The OriginalFake 4th Anniversary Frogskins – A collabo between OriginalFake x Lance Armstrong x Oakley x Frogskins. The limited release is bound to disappear the second they drop on May 29th @ OF store in Tokya. Great work KAWS! 4. Twitter – Excellent tool for networking but a horrible site for ratting your own bidness. #watchforthecops Follow us @wafflesandbeatz 5. Aaliyah – If it wasn’t for you, the new single would be shitty. We miss you! 6. Janelle Monae: ArchAndroids (Suites II and III) – Buy the album. Listen. Listen again. Think about it. Tell all your friends. Repeat. 7. Tim Hortons Iced Coffee – Ice Caps are so overrated. Try it! 8. Up In The Air – Possibly the best George Clooney film ever. The story was amazing, the cast was brilliant, the humor was classy and the twist was mind blowing. I also suggest watching the Fantastic Mr. Fox right after. Once again, brilliant cast. 9. FIFA World Cup 2010 – Get your flags out, put your jerseys on, bring the beer out and let the matches begin! If ya can’t wait till June 11th, cop the World Cup edition for the PS3 and get into the spirit. 10. COPE2 x Montana Colors Limited Edition Can - Anything with a COPE2 tag is a must have/collect. The South Bronx native recently linked with Montana Paints for an exclusive collabo.
Kanye West (Video#1) from Hip Hop Odyssey TV on Vimeo. Classic footage of Ye at the Hip-Hop Odyssey Awards Show in NYC circa 2003. How heavy is this?!? Ye jogs through his debut album and explains his vision to the crowd. This is a MUST watch for all groupies fans. More after the jump.
Directed by Nabil Elderkin.
This performace was golden. It ain’t what it used to it…
Early footage of Ye showing you how he gets down when making a beat and what inspires him. |
